Identified
We are currently experiencing intermittent call quality issues for calls passing through Bell's network.
Bell has confirmed that the issue is due to a fiber optic cut. Their teams are working diligently to restore service as soon as possible.
As a precaution, we have disabled outbound calls for this operator. However, inbound calls may remain affected. We will escalate this issue to Bell as soon as possible and provide an update when we have more information.
