Resolved - Resolution Update:

The issue was identified as a routing problem with a telecommunications provider, which affected the handling of intermittent incoming and outgoing calls. Once the issue was identified, the provider corrected the routing configuration and the service was restored.

On Friday, March 6, 2026 from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM EST, our colocation vendor will be performing edge device upgrades to improve platform performance and security. During this window, Core 1 of the Clear Clouds platform will be temporarily unavailable. All services will automatically remain operational through Core 2 and Core 3, and no action is required on your part. We do not anticipate any service interruptions during this maintenance period.
